News? Alt ep list?  https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/22390/strike  WarnerMedia/HBOMax press release Jan 25 (very long) shows that Season Five (Troubled Blood) will come to HBO Max (Global Web Channel) on Feb 6.  Since the press release is not related to production/cast, it's NOT news that can be posted to the show, correct?     AND right now the show reflects Season 5 with orig/World premier back on Dec 11 on BBC iplayer (UK Web Channel) and reflects an Alternate Broadcast premier over Dec 11,12,18,19 on BBC One (UK Network). Is a 2nd alternate episode list for HBO Max Feb 6 (all four eps) applicable in this case

Thanks for your time.

As news this does not quqlify, as it was already shown on Brit TV and is a Brit show. I can make an alternat list for you tomorrow with the HBO dates.:)

HBO alternate list ready. HBO airs Series 5 of Strike as Season 3 (of C.B. Strike), and names the episodes a bit differently. I made all necessary changes. I also added the episodes of Series 4 which on HBO aired as Season 2. The episodes of Series 1-3 aired on Cinemax as Season 1. But because they were on a different network, they cannot be added on the same list as the episodes on HBO. Nor a second U.S country alternate list can be created.

Exactly. @LadyShelley explained it perfectly. @RoseRed was right to add it in the first place and @TomSouthwell was right to re-add it. Literary Lethargy was the official and only title that was used during the development stage. It can still be found on the links I provided plus a few others. It is a valid AKA. No need to remove it. Just to avoid future confusion, I added the phrase (working title) inside brackets next Literary Lethargy. This is something I always do with working titles, for exactly that reason, to avoid future misunderstandings. :)

Not sure if the (working title) bit is valid, but I'm going to check. @JuanArango

Also in cases that there isn't episode list at all, when "The TV DB" has them all?

Can someone answer in this one?

if we can verify the list is correct, we can of course add them.

So nothing should be written next to the old name to note it's a working title? I've seen some with W/T

AKA's must adhere to the same rules that apply to a Show's regular name. For example, suffixes that are not part of the original name may not be included.

So in these instances they should be removed. @david as a quick fix if we did a search for Working Title or w/t will this return all the shows with this in the akas?

Great!  Yeah, the season disconnect is screwy at best. Even HBO website has wrong total eps before the last four.

OK, so the alternate list has been set up as HBO the USA Network and not HBO Max Global Web Channel because.... Global can't be added to this for a reason I've seen before but can't articulate...and/or because (from what I've read) everything on HBO is also on HBO Max.

If the hbomax help pages are up to date now, HBO Max is avail in lots of countries in Europe, Latin America/Caribbean, North America. Notably Excluding Canada & the UK & it's neighbors.  So the 'United States country premiere: HBO (the US Network) Alternate list' (in this case but not every case) could also be used by an HBO Max subscriber in say Croatia, Peru, or Guam too?

Global doesn't mean 'everywhere' it just means more than one country. Just trying to get it through my thick skull.

Right. And to clarify stuff in my post: it is NOT true that what's on HBO is also on HBO Max. At least not in all countries. So my example (Croatia, Peru, Guam) may or may not be correct.  Thanks again.
