but as the series has started we go with a clean version without a date :)

it's not about the date... i mean if we have the same poster with TWICE the resolution then why use the lower resolution one. it's just dumb

but one of the posters is "clean" and the others has stuff written on it  :)

from the policy update: Once a show has premiered, an official poster without premiere date and/or other scheduling information is preferred over a version that does contain such text.

it says 'preferred'. so i dont think it means that it is preferred even if there is a higher res poster available. lol, they should make it clearer in the policy

I will discuss this within staff :)

Can you change this to use Years as Season numbers? It looks like the seasons are already arbitrarily split up by year. https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/23721/core-kyoto

Can someone please fix Tv series "Sherman's Showcase," Season 2 episodes 1-4 are out of order. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I started adding pics and summaries. The source I used was the Hulu network.

Thanks

Somi

Done! I also added the missing episodes. :)

Hi, Somi! Hulu is not the original platform where Season 2 of Sherman's Showcase was released. It was originally released on IFC and AMC+. You can find the schedule on The Futon Critic. The dates we have are correct, so is the order of the episodes. The difference is that Hulu considers the special episode Black History Month Spectacular (released on Jun 19, 2020) as the first episode of Season 2. The rest of the episodes are in the same order. :)

if it premiered as one episode and the repeats cut it into 2 eps, it does not qualify :)

Then I'll try to be more clear.

According to the guideline regarding alternate lists and DVD releases (https://www.tvmaze.com/faq/40/alternate-episodes#dvd-release), it is stated that

"This type of list may only be created when the show's official home theater (DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS, etc) release has different episode numbering or naming versus the world premiere data."

And this is indeed the case for the DVD release for Star Wars Resistance, which consist of 21 episodes (in contrast to the current episode list, which consist of 20 episodes). The reason is that in the DVD release the original episode 1 "The Recruit" was split into two episodes, "The Recruit: Part 1" and "The Recruit: Part 2".

There is for me no doubt that this does indeed qualify Star Wars Resistance to receive an alternate list. Please reconsider.

I have been going through the tweets from Graveyard Carz (@graveyardcarz) and it looks like the seasons on here don't line up with what they are saying.

From

https://www.motortrendondemand.com/show/graveyard-carz/85982792/

I can only see episodes for S11 and they match to the site.

Looking at

https://twitter.com/graveyardcarz

 - From a GYC tweet on Aug 20, 2020 they state it is the season finale for S13 (aug 21st) which is season 12 on here

 - From a GYC tweet on Mar 19, 2021 they hashtag season14

 - No tweets about shows from Jun 8, 2021 to Mar 25,2022

 - From a GYC tweet on Mar 30, 2022 they state premier of season 16

 - From a GYC tweet on Nov 30, 2022 they state premier of season 17

So from all of this it looks like there is no season 12 according to the information direct from the show.

For what is onsite I think the following should be updated to match

 - S12 should be S13

 - S13 should be S14

 - S14 should be S15

 - S15 should be S16

 - S17 should have started with S15E14

I guess if we don't want to change the season numbers S15E14 should actually be the start of S16.

Ok, we discussed within staff and the outcome was this:

At some point the extra resolution really doesn't add value anymore. hardly anyone would see the difference between 4050x6000 (wow lol) and the current 2025x3000.

So in this case we stay with the clean image :)

Thanks @JuanArango

Based on how everyone else lists this the only fix we should maybe move forward with is starting at E14 for S15 should really be the start of S16.
