Romance is in the official description of the show. It doesn't matter if you think it's appropriate or not. As someone who watched this show I can also confirm that romance and relationships between characters is a large part of the show. And that it takes a comedic approach to teen topics. Nothing serious that would warrant calling this a drama.
Since when has romance not been a large component of teen shows? This is nothing new.

Yeah it's a teen drama. We've discussed it among the staff and we think drama is the better fit.

It's not a drama, as someone who watched this show I can confirm that. If it were a drama it would deal with serious issues affecting teens like drugs and pregnancy which it doesn't touch. But I'm not going to argue with you about it since as you say it's already been decided by staff in discussions I was not privy to.

@UncleBob our Futurama listing is correct as per how the episodes were originally released by the network. We wouldn't jump from Season 8 to 11 as per the sites data policies. If Hulu has chosen to rewrite history we do not follow the rewritten version.

After discussion with site admins we have made the decision to reflect what Hulu is calling the current season but leave the other seven seasons as they were. This is explained here In the shows editor wiki:
