Back to The First 48, this episode Cold & Callous; Dark Corners needs to be removed as it is a compilation of
S11E28 Cold and Callous and S15E20 Dark Corners / Gundown
I believe A&E makes these compilations when there are legal issues with re-airing a case in one of the shows, Gundown would be the case in this instance. I am really open to other suggestions on why A&E will not re-air certain cases but that explanation sounds pretty legit to me.

Yutaka Takenouchi in cast for Rondo is credited as two different characters...

...which is incorrect. It's the same character. He plays detective Sho Nishijima who goes undercover by the name of Takumi Kanayama so it's still the same character, not two different roles.
One should be deleted and the other just renamed to "Sho Nishijima / Takumi Kanayama".

First two seasons are connected, they just changed the title which indicates it's a sequel. Probably should be split.
However, third seasons should definitely be split as it is completely different drama with new story and new cast that is only similar in name and the fact that the main heroine is mute.
First two seasons feature Takao Osawa, Yutaka Takenouchi, and Noriko Sakai as lead cast.
Third season features Fujiwara Tatsuya as the protagonist. Even if you decide to keep first two seasons together, third one is new thing. I've watched them all so I can vouch for that.

Some weird edits happening with Hollywood Game Night. The past season has been all over the place with scheduling, spanning nearly 2 years... but somebody's moved what was obviously a special (Red Nose Day Special 2019) to a normal episode, and this past RND special was the "Social Distancing Edition" episode. NBC.com has them listed as normal episodes (but they don't designate "specials" to keep them in broadcast order to stream) but the NBC's press release calls it a "special social distancing episode" for Red Nose Day... so should they be specials or normal episodes? The RND specials have a slightly different format in that they drop the normal person player for each team and just have the 6 celebrities playing for for charity...

If I get it right, the Audience Network is ceased to exist and became an HBO Max service https://deadline.com/2020/01/att-audience-network-to-end-will-transition-to-hbo-max-1202825243/, whatever that means.
It seems that season 2 started its run on C More https://www.cmore.se/serie/120804-condor/sasong-2, but for obvious reasons, we shouldn't use their airdates. I'll remove them now.

Condor season 2 starts airing in Ireland on RTE2 next week, I aren't sure if they are involved in production or not though:
