How exactly should upcoming episodes be added to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? The new season (season 2) premieres October 18, so would that be added to the already-existing 'Season 2020', or should it be created under 'Season 2021' Due to the facts that:
A. They've announced it is a new season in the past (example)
B. 'Season 2021' to refer to the 2020-21 TV season

2020 in season number indicates a year of the episode's airdate, that's the whole point of "year based enumeration". therefore episode aired in 2020 can't belong to season 2021.
according to continuation/reboot rules*, the current incarnation of Millionaire should've been created as a separate entry.
*The new network/web channel does not refer to the pilot as "season 1" – which it does in this case.

Hmm... seems weird having it tacked on where it currently is. It is the same series, but ABC has announced in the past that this is a 'new version', and as per the link in my previous post, the upcoming episodes are being advertised as a second season. Are there any previous discussions here regarding this?
And also, per the ABC schedule announced today, could this episode be updated with the airdate of September 24? Thanks in advance.

Not that I know of. Please create a separate topic, where we could discuss this. I think it should be separated into its own entry, with the season enumeration.
