Lauren Holly needs to be removed from the main cast of NCIS for episodes 3x01 - 3x08 (http://www.tvmaze.com/characters/8441/ncis-director-jennifer-jenny-shepard). She isn't credited as main cast until 3x09 and is already correctly listed as guest cast for 3x01- 3x08.

I've also just notice that Fornell has 2 separate characters entries (http://www.tvmaze.com/characters/202059/ncis-senior-fbi-agent-tc-fornell & http://www.tvmaze.com/characters/8452/ncis-fbi-agent-tc-fornell). Correct me if I've misinterpreted the rules, but shouldn't there only be one character entry even though the character's in-show title has changed?

I have split the episodes into S01 and S02, but I did see there was an existing S02 (albeit with no episodes) so my assumption was the episodes where once rearranged sometime to all be in S01. So, if there is any other opinion, please say so.

This one needs to be deleted as the episodes are specials in the main show, even the show summery says it's a "what happened to" of the previous season so why on earth it was added as a separate show is beyond me.
