This show https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/50588/helt-ramm recently released a new season, but have since removed 3 of 5 episodes, should the episodes still be listed? They were only up for about one week.

Yes if they aired originally, I don't think it would matter how long they were out for. Are the episode titles correct here though, or should these be season titles?

I don't know the titles of the episodes that were removed, the previous episodes/seasons I imported from thetvdb, but the titles match the website

The previous seasons do not actually have the unique episode names (except season 2), so according to policy, we fall back to generic Episode X names.
BTW, I found episode titles for the removed episodes and also added a wiki note about their removal.
