I just get an error message saying "ERROR Oh snap! An error occurred! Cause unknown. If the error persists, please notify us!" So, here I am looking for answers.

Hmm, loads fine for me. What browser and version are you using? (I'm in Chrome 67.0.3396.99)
Firefox 61.0.1 (64-bit) ... fine for me
The last time someone had a similar problem they had a extra / at the end, so make sure you go to https://www.tvmaze.com/watchlist
See if that helps :)

Yeah I just tried that again to make sure and it's still not working... I tried on Chrome (Version 68.0.3440.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)), Safari (Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.17) ) and Firefox (54.0.1 (64-bit)). None of them worked. I'm wondering if it has to do with the amount of shows I have on my watchlist...

Are you using any kind of ad/script blocking software?

How many shows are we talking about ?
I have 100 or so on mine with no problems.

I had a problem with the site last year when I didn't upgrade Firefox. As soon as I did, everything worked fine. If you're still using 54.0.1, try an upgrade and see if that helps. I can't speak to the other browsers.
Congratulations, you are indeed the first person to hit the watchlist's current limits :)
You're following 3165 shows, which is quite a bit.. Try using tags (https://www.tvmaze.com/blogs/1/organize-your-watchlist-and-calendar-with-tags) to organize your shows in separate tags. That way you can load the watchlist for a specific tag instead of for all 3165 shows at once; or you could move some older shows to a tag and unfollow them afterwards.

Yeah that's what I thought it would be I was just hopeful that it was an easy fix lol. What is the format for the tagged urls because obviously I'm not going to be able to select the tag in the watchlist if I can't access the watchlist and I didn't see any examples of urls in your explanation post.

you can create tags here: http://www.tvmaze.com/dashboard/tags

I know how to create tags, idk what the url is to access a certain watchlist tag without going through the watchlist. Like what the link would be if I selected watchlist and then selected one of the tags. For example the link to this discussion is: https://www.tvmaze.com/threads/3341/cant-access-watchlist#43458 if this were the link I'm looking for to access the watchlist of a certain tag idk what the format of this portion (/threads/3341/cant-access-watchlist#43458) of it is.
Wait, nvm I just noticed the preferences option at the bottom of david's post, I get it now!
hey Forsy, congrats on reaching the limit. That's quite an accomplishment.
Something will be done eventually to resolve this. But atm David's solution is the best thing you can do. :)
Thanks for understanding.
