Blaine is the zombie who scratched Liv at the boat party. He was neglected by his father Angus as a child. He ran the Meat Cute brain delivery service in Seattle. After turning human again, he runs Shady Plots Funeral Home to keep selling brains. He later runs The Scratching Post and Romero's in New Seattle as a zombie.
