Amar Chadha-Patel

Born and raised in the creative urban cauldron that is London, England, actor Amar Chadha-Patel has drawn from this rich multicultural community to inform, inspire, and achieve his dreams. An elegant man, in possession of a sharp intellect, a droll wit, and a passion to engage across the full gamut of artistic mediums, Chadha-Patel's star is most definitely on the rise. Chadha-Patel is a British-Indian actor, editor, director, and writer. He was raised in an Indian Gujarati immigrant family in to a Punjabi father and Gujarati mother. Chadha-Patel is a Hindu and has dual citizenship in both England and India. His first credited role was all the way back in 1993 when Chadha-Patel was still a child, in a movie called Bhaji on the Beach, where he portrayed a character named Amrik. After finishing school and graduating in Production Design at the Royal College of Art, Chadha-Patel started his acting career in earnest, working in the English entertainment industry since he was 17 years old. He also composes music, and was a member of the Strong Asian Mothers band. In 2022 he appeared in the Disney+ series Willow, playing the brash and charismatic swordsman Thraxus Boorman.
