From what I can gather, there is a season two due to air sometime next year (2026). Baylan's recasting is Rory McCann -The Hound from Game Of Thrones- but while I'm not sure if he'll be able to carry the gravitas that Stevenson had, I do want to see where the Mortis Gods storyline will go. 

Will be interesting to see what happens with Thrawn and the New Republic seeing as he disappeared before the battle of Yavin and the fall off the Empire.
