NOT only are there NOT any drop down boxes but I have a 5th show in that row "True Detective". I have 5 shows in every single row except only 4 in the bottom row so why do I have something different or why do you not have "True Detective" as the 5th show in Row 1? I told you my functionality must be messed up! If I knew how to make a screen print of what I see and send it to you so you could see I do not have it I would?

As you can see "True Detective" is the first show in second row for me.

I am puzzled why it is looking different at your PC.

What kind of monitor and what resolution are you using ?

I am running a 24' widescreen monitor at 1920x1080.

But usually it should not matter what resolution you are using,

this is so weird, haha...guess we have to ask david tomorrow.

Sorry but the Computer idiot here has no idea what those things are or how to find them, resolution etc.? However what I can do is turn my PC totally off and reboot it and see if that helps any?

I just rebooted and it did not help so I guess we wait to see what my PC problem might be?

Hmm,

the only thing I can come up with is, that you are using an outdated webbrowser...

Can you download Google Chrome and install it, that should only take a few minutes.

the only thing I can come up with is, that you are using an outdated webbrowser...
Can you download Google Chrome and install it, that should only take a few minutes.

I am using GOOGLE Chrome, I do not know the version # because I have no idea how to find it but I believe it is their most recent version? However you gave me another idea to try as I will open up my Firefox and see how it looks there and then let you know? If that does not work I will try my Internet Explorer?

OK I tried Firefox and no change however the screen is a lot smaller the print, the photos etc. yet it still has shows 5 across each row?

I also just now tried Internet Explorer with the same results, still has 5 shows across!

I tried stuff with my browser, can it be that you have it set to VERY big print, so that the letters and pictures are VERY huge ?

Because when I make the print bigger in my browser, at some point I also get 5 shows in a row and the drop down boxes disappear at the right.

What kind of monitor do you have ?

I have a widescreen it is 43" across and from corner to corner it measures 49". I agree let's table this until Dave can maybe help me because I have a ton of work I have to get done by midnight but thanks for all you help anyways Juan!

Yeah, we use a responsive layout, which means some parts of the layout are hidden or re-arranged on small screens such as on phones. It's very strange that you would not see the sidebar on a regular computer. Try simply making your browser window wider :)

when you are around later, try the following:

Go to the page where you do not see the filter options, then push and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and while doing that move the wheel on your mouse back or forth, the resolution of your browser window will change, let me know if the filter options become visible then :)

Hooray it worked my screen showed I was at 125% and I can see everything at 110%. Thank you so very much for helping me figure this out. I see now why it was set the way it was because my eyes are very bad and I have a hard time seeing and reading so it has to be bigger for that reason. So whenever I am on that page I know to change it to 110% and then change it back as needed.

Hopefully when I have my next eye exam on the 31st they will have a new better set of glasses for me to use. I have to have a new pair every year and thanks to the VA they are free.

Anyone in the STAFF here is a GOOD example of what I mean about needing a way to contact a User themselves personally because what I am about to say only needs to be seen by that user and is not important enough for the entire membership to see!

To Pedro, I do not know who you are and I do not wish to upset you or step on your toes but the New upcoming series you recently added to the site "Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy" was added as a "Scripted" show so I corrected it for you just now to "Animated". If you could please double check that in the future we would all greatly appreciate it?

BTW - Thanks for adding that new show and you did a great job I especially like the poster you choose for it!
