The End of Time parts 1 and 2 were part of the gap year Specials (along with The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead, and The Waters of Mars). It should be listed as a Special not a regular episode.

So, do we have a todo here and need to delete and move episodes? :)

I'd think so. Those episodes did not air on the regular Saturday time slot, and they were scattered throughout the year.

Here are the BBC press releases I could find:

The BBC has confirmed that Michelle Ryan and Lee Evans will guest star in the forthcoming BBC One Doctor Who Easter special which began filming this week in Wales.

Michelle, best known for her roles as Zoe Slater in EastEnders, and Jaime Sommers in the recent remake of Bionic Woman, will play the mysterious Lady Christina de Souza in the special episode entitled Planet Of the Dead. Christina joins the Doctor on a bus trip which takes an unexpected detour into danger.

Michelle comments: "I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who and very excited to be joining David Tennant and the Doctor Who team. It is such a fantastic show and I can't wait to get started!"

One of Britain’s best loved and biggest comedy stars, Lee Evans, will also be joining the cast playing a character called Malcolm, whose life becomes connected to the Doctor's under extraordinary circumstances.

Planet Of The Dead is the first of four Doctor Who specials which will air in 2009.

David Tennant is joined by Lindsay Duncan and Peter O'Brien in second special episode of 2009

Mars, 2059. Bowie Base One. Last recorded message: "Don't drink the water. Don't even touch it. Not one drop."

Doctor Who will return to BBC One on Sunday 15 November for The Waters Of Mars – the second of four specials airing throughout 2009.

Starring David Tennant as The Doctor and guest starring acclaimed British actress Lindsay Duncan – best known for her roles across stage and screen (Margaret, Rome) – The Waters Of Mars is set to be one of the most scary episodes of the series to date, as a creeping infection beneath the Martian surface threatens not only the human race, but also the Doctor's most fundamental beliefs – with terrifying results.

Lindsay Duncan stars as Adelaide – the Doctor's cleverest and most strong-minded companion yet.

The Waters Of Mars is the second of four specials which will air throughout 2009.

The Waters Of Mars is written by Russell T Davies and Phil Ford and is directed by Graeme Harper. The producer is Nikki Wilson.

For what it's worth, nothing needs moving. The separate listing should just be deleted. The specials (and they are definitely specials - I remember them airing throughout 2009 in the run up to David Tennant's departure, instead of a proper season) are already listed as they should be in the main DW entry: https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1201842/doctor-who-s04-special-the-end-of-time-part-one & https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1201843/doctor-who-s04-special-the-end-of-time-part-two.

I added the date now.

Actually, it aired on Amazon, but the network of reference for the series is Channel 4, where it still has to air. IMHO they should stay without airdate until they air on Channel 4.

Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams episode 7 (http://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1220654/philip-k-dicks-electric-dreams-1x07-kill-all-others) aired today, 1/12/2018. Field is locked.

I also edited the Airdate field for episodes 8-10 to show today's date, 1/12/2018 but they all are blank again for some reason. The most recent four episodes (7-10) were released for streaming today by Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Philip-K-Dicks-Electric-Dreams/dp/B075NTXMN9) although they are numbered differently: episodes 7, 8, 9 and 10 are numbered 10, 2, 6 and 7, respectively by Amazon.

In this case our policy says to go with the network airdates.
