Isn't South Park Post COVID a movie on Paramount+ and not a special episode of the South Park series since it will not be on Comedy Central? I believe it should be removed from the listings.

Paramount+ is to Comedy Central what Disney+ or ABC is to Disney Channel. It's the same company.

I bring this up because I see this a lot with Disney and Nickelodeon shows. I think adding it as a separate television series should be avoided if possible.

The higher ups seem to have come to an agreement and moved it to South Park movies. This is where it belongs IMO as it's not affiliated with Comedy Central.

Just the same as The Simpsons shorts airing on Disney+, it's a series of seperately commissioned films. Every article has posted 9 movies have been commissioned alongside the series. According to the sites policies this qualifies for it to have its own guide.

Unfortunately, no. Looks upscaled to me. (look around both character's bodies).

absolute garbage, upscaled at least 150%
besides that, it's not an actual snapshot. it's a BTS promo photo, which is not allowed by policy anyway, resolution or not.

Please tell me if I understand this situation correctly:

We have TV shows, for example, Korean, Israeli, Japanese, Chinese or Arab. In general, those that have only hieroglyphs or Arabic script in their names. Then they are released on Netflix or Amazon, which translate their episode titles into English and give descriptions to them, but these are not their original series, but simply purchased ones. Do we change the episode titles to English equivalents and add descriptions or leave them as they are in the original broadcasting networks?

^^^this
at least that's what is expected per policy

English translation is supposed to be written in the episode note https://i.imgur.com/z26Sd8H.png
