I thought I had added seasons 3 & 4 but I missed something. Edits appear in log but not in season list/season details. Can't figure out what is missing. Can you take a look please?

Can only see that you created season 1 and 2 in the edit log :)

well, you have to create season 3 and 4, or add episodes to it :)

I'm confused. I did create 3 & 4 and the edit log shows this. But those two seasons don't show on this page: https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/35577/london-kills/seasons

I see in the edit list that has these, the "Target" says "not set" so I missed a step someplace. Can't figure out where.

empty seasons are automatically deleted, so just enter something in the name section and it'll stay.

Thats definately not what we should be doing 😂. Unless the series has an official name announced we shouldnt just be creating a name so the series isnt automatically deleted.

just enter "season 3" or something, it's dumb to delete seasons just cause there isn't an airdate available yet... If a show is renewed for 2 more seasons that info would be useful/interesting to many users

Thats not the name of the series though, what if that information never then gets removed? Its not what the field is meant to be used for.

If a show has been renewed for multiple seasons, there is likely a press release stating that. Find that press release and add it as a news item for the show. That way any interested parties have the information and we aren't creating 'empty' listings.

I agree, i have come across this a few times and removed them but makes you wonder how many other "fake" season names there are that we just don't know about, annoying as hell.

Alternate List for https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/43828/transplant ?

NBC picked up this CTV show in late 2020 and began running Season 1 about 3 months after the season ended in Canada. Season 2 is running on CTV now, it's 6 episodes in. NBC will start running season 2 on March 6th, then weekly after that so there is an overlap.

Is this situation one in which Alternate Lists apply? If so, how is this done?
