No a reboot is when a network specifically calls a show that.

What if they called it a remake? It has the same meaning.

Hi! Please change the release dates of the episodes, otherwise for some reason they do not change. Episode 13 - Dec 5, Episode 14 - Dec 6, Episode 15 - Dec 12, Episode 16 - Dec 13. Cheer Up - Episode List | TVmaze

That's like saying in 2022 the show 'Wednesday' is a remake of the show The Addams Family, just because it's the same characters. A Intellectual Property is not the same if it's just reused over and over and over again.

When a DVD release gives episode titles for a show that did not have any episode titles provided when originally broadcast, is it okay to simply edit the titles here?

I asking specifically in regard to these two shows:

No, the episode titles should remain the same as they originally aired when the show premiered. The DVD title names can be added onto an alternate list if needed.

Hard Knocks in Season

The episodes looks like they may need adjusting. Episode two aided on 16 November and episode three will air on 23 November.

The TVmaze policy defines a reboot as "A show with mostly the same characters as a previous show, remade for a different era" I don't know enough about Wednesday to comment on that but if it has all the same characters as Addams Family then it is a reboot according to this web site. New Addams Family is most definitely a reboot according to this web site. What are we arguing about exactly?
