OK, tnt and myself just talked to david, seems Ravedave and myself remembered something wrong, this can happen :)

If a show is solely produced by ONE country, it will always get the airdates of that country, no matter if the show is airing earlier in another country.

cheers and sorry for the confusion

Juan

I believe the more correct would be to say "produced by one network." Which is exactly what the policy saying at the moment :)

Let's not forget about Discovery, which have branches all over the world, and the shows produced in one country often premiering in another (but still on Discovery).

So with this being the case then should https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/320/the-fall be changed to BBC Two and with BBC airdates used as it was a series commisioned by the BBC. http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/latestnews/2016/the-fall-series-three

yes, in case RTE One is not a co-producer, the airdates and the network needs to be changed.

Network, airdates and airtimes have all been fixed.

I'm not sure how youse want to handle a problem with season/episode numbering for http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/3273/valeries-home-cooking/episodes

I can with a high degree of certainty confirm the dates/titles from Oct 14, 2017 thru Dec 09, 2017 as being accurate. However the numbering of the seasons/episodes here and at the Food Network (both the same) does not make sense ... the only clear break in shows is over the Yuletide (Dec 9 to Jan 6) ... which if episodes counted to Dec 9 were in season 6 would give season 6 13 episodes, like all other seasons other than season 1 ... but again that would be quite different than what the network is saying ... in the spirit of the season I give the decision over to TPTB and wash my hands of the matter :)

I assume you're referring to the fact that the seasons cross-over, where an episode in Season 6 will air, then an episode in Season 7, then back to Season 6.

What we've done for other shows from similar networks that have done this (but on a much larger scale) is to change the seasons to be year based rather than numbered. In other words, all episodes from 2018 will be under the 2018 Season (regardless of how the Network represents it).

We'll confirm this internally for this show as it doesn't seem to affect this show a great deal and we'll sort it out ourselves if need be.

For whatever it is worth, I just acquired S07E04 but it was labeled as S06E11 ... that numbering would be in line with giving season 6 13 episodes ...

EDIT: Now acquiring S07E05 & E06 and they are labeled as S06E12 & E13

EDIT #2: Final edit ... I promise, I can see S07E07 is available for me to acquire and it is labeled as S07E01. The numbers on the shows I'm getting makes sense based on broadcast dates & show history ... if I hadn't washed my hands of it, I'd say give season 6 13 episodes and start season 7 with the Jan 6 episode.

Labeled S06E11 where?

If it's an unofficial source then it's not relevant.

It is most definitely not an official source.
