Only 'Trusted Contributor' and higher can delete entries as per the FAQ

Ok, thanks. So would need to be Trusted Contributor to update the person ACTOR on the character PAGE? See no way to do that with my permissions either.

How does one obtain additional permission levels?

I have looked for a FAQ page before. Not seeing an obvious link. Searched "FAQ" on forum search and saw this:

The link is at the bottom of the pages titled "Data Policies" ... took me awhile too in the beginning to realize data policies meant FAQ

You wouldn't do it on the character page, it's done on the episode level, i.e. https://www.tvmaze.com/guestcast/manage?episode_id=30686

You'd just need to change the name in the 'Person' field.

In terms of permissions, it's a decision made internally not something that can be asked for.
