I've just checked, and actually all episodes except the first one have on-screen title different from Apple's episode guide. By policy on-screen title beats every other, but this is weird.

Episode 7 / Erin Buhrman
Honestly, don't know what to do, it never happened before (as far as I know), when all names are different.

Hmm, very strange, yes. I also noticed the differences before, but somehow didn’t attach any importance to it, but today it struck me directly because I myself edited the name of the episode and remembered it for sure, and only then I began to watch the episode.
And you can ask Apple on the site, WTF? Is there something like tech support for content?

For example, "Episode 7. Live Thru This / Erin Buhrman"

Are you sure? We never did that, except when the network is using exactly such name.
It's not the first time when the episode known under several names, and usually we follow the policy, not stitching all known names together.
Considering that in this case all names are different, I think we're just need to decide, which names to follow—on-screen or from show's website. Honestly, I'd stick to Apple's names, because every other database out there using those names and we will open a can of worms if we use different names.

It's a Scandinavian web channel for Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland - and the country and time zone should be set to global or nothing at all? Or am I wrong?
Reading the Web Channel data policy (https://www.tvmaze.com/faq/35/web-channels), any web channel available in more than one country, should be left empty.
