Historically it was HBO Sweden before it became HBO Nordic https://www.facebook.com/pg/HBOSweden/about/, hence the confusion :)
QI XL - The episode you list as E7 Quizmas (http://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1769016/qi-xl-12x07-quizmas) is in fact E9 as you can see from the official bbc site - https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000crt9
It was broadcast before the real E7 and E8 as it is of course the extended version of the seasonal episode QI S17E09 so made sense to broadcast it in season instead of waiting to broadcast it after the real E7 and E8

Per TVmaze 'Episodes' policy, episode numbers should always reflect the order in which episodes were originally premiered. So if our airdates are correct, and episode was aired 7th in the season, it should be #7.
Hello, on "Henry Danger" the season of the episodes "Danger Things" "Rubber Duck" and "Flabber Gassed" are Listed as Season 5 but they aired in season 4. I have multiple ways of proof:

This episode does not "consist merely of footage duplicated from other episodes", therefore runtime is irrelevant, episode stays (if it was actually aired on HBO, which needs to be checked).

I think that 3 specials with title «Sherlock Uncovered» are doubles for special Sherlock Uncovered in season 2.
Also another special with the same name “Unlocking Sherlock”

I understand, just a little bit surprised by such interest to this show.
Specials should be rare, and here it‘s too many specials for 12-episode tv-series, according to rules of this site
