Please add these two sentences at the end of the current description for the show Penn & Teller: Fool Us, episode “Penn & Teller & Dracula”:

"The magicians featured in the episode include Mike Bliss, Ekaterina Dobrokhotova, Javi Benitez, and Ran Gafner. Alyson Hannigan ("How I Met Your Mother") serves as host."

This is season 4, episode 12 at http://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/1290190/penn-teller-fool-us-4x12-penn-teller-dracula. The description section is blocked from updating.

This will correct the description back to how it read two weeks ago when this episode aired. This is also consistent with the other episode descriptions of Season 4 except episode 13 which has not aired yet. When I noticed the deletion, I watched it again. I verified the magicians, order of appearance, and the spelling of their names.

Consistency and accuracy of information are important. Let me know if I missed something. Thanks for your help.

Summaries are not mandatory to be official. I think the summary right now sounds better without those two sentences. Including those two sentences is simply adding repetitive information..

Our policy states: The summary should not contain duplicate information that's already available elsewhere on the episode page. For example, a list of actors guest starring in the episode should be withheld from the summary and added as Guest Cast entries instead.

Other episodes needs to be updated as well. List of guests should be removed from the summary and people from the list should be added to the Guest Cast section.

Please add Season 2 to National Geographic’s America’s National Parks:http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/9553/americas-national-parks. Episode 1 "Seasons of Change" and Episode 2 "Young American" both aired today, October 15, 2017, at 21:00 and 20:00 respectively. Yes, Episode 2 aired before Episode 1 on National Geographic Channel tonight.

I almost added them but I hoped TVMaze might have access to more of Season 2. The Show Info says the series airs on National Geographic Wild but tonight was on regular National Geographic Channel. Thanks for all you folks do.

Thanks for considering anyway.

Update: My cable company, Spectrum/Time Warner Cable, apparently listed these two new episodes in error, as Season 2, Episodes 1 & 2. The National Geographic Channel website, http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/americas-national-parks/, lists them as Specials.

My error: I apologize if I caused any unnecessary research on your part. Spectrum is usually correct. But I should have checked NatGeo. I like natural history and was excited about new episodes of America's National Parks. But that's no excuse.

Do you want me to add these as Specials or let TVMase?

Thanks as always!

Thanks for reviewing and for the policy reminder.

As quoted, the policy potentially expands the People database significantly. For the Guest Cast of variety/reality series like Penn & Teller: Fool Us, that would create many entries with only a person’s name and one episode of one series unless more information is readily known.

That’s my concern about the Guest Cast. The policy, as stated, seems better suited for drama and comedy series with actors who have or are developing a base of work or filmography. Variety/reality series may be better served to list the Guest Cast in the episode summary as an option.

Of course, I still have much to learn and will observe policy better. My concern may have already been well debated to arrive at the current policy. Otherwise, please forward this for consideration.

Thanks as always.

There's a lot of actors who appear only in one episode. What's the difference with the reality/variety guests? Are they not people? :)

And the main downside is – the summaries are not searchable. In your scenario you have to read all of the summaries to found out which guest appeared in which episode. Imagine doing this for some series which runs for years, with hundreds of episodes. And what if you want to see all the guests from all episodes? Or you looking for somebody in particular, but you forgot the name and only remember a face?

So no, this option is not viable nor convenient.
