Now from what I've read, that channel dissolved two days after the USSR was dissolved, so all of their programming would have been under USSR.
I'm unsure whether it would even be feasible to include this additional code (e.g. due to libraries) as it would also need to be done for the schedule API endpoint. Maybe @david could confirm that.
