Actually the channel nominally ceased to exist about 3 months prior to USSR dissolution. https://www.tvmaze.com/networks/307/pervyj-kanal is basically its successor, using the same facilities (loosely speaking). And formally Russia is a successor state to USSR, so there's that.

This one is doesn't seem right. It looks like the first record is a mix of three different Fletchers, and only one of the belongs with the second record.
