NO, the runtime of shows that are airing on regular networks should always be the program block they are using, mostly this is 60 minutes but in some cases it can differ.

well usually the runtimes are entered when the program schedule is available.

We know this is a weird situation, but there are two things to consider.
"Lost and Found" aired as one ep with one credit block and one title card, so according to our policy it is only 1 episode.
Second thing is, according to our policy we never skip episode numbers, so the next episode after this will be episode 2 here, no matter what the official site says.
