Cineax actually list what they consider the main cast on their webpage.

They didn't even have that list before season 6 https://web.archive.org/web/20160503174424/http://www.cinemax.com/strike-back/ :)

Anyway, it's not rare when the show's website or the press releases does not fully correlate with the on-screen credits. But on-screen have the highest priority.

The good example would be Laurence Fishburne in black-ish. He is listed among main cast both at the show's webpage and in episodic press releases, but actually on-screen he's credited as a special guest star.

Yeah the list have been updated to reflect the current season. I remember looking it up when I started thinking the cast list didn't "look right", so i know for a fact that for season 6 they had the 4 main field agents listed as main cast, no one else. Which is why I mentioned it.

I'm just being grumpy because, while it's according to policy and I often make the same argument you just did myself, it's still weird having people with a single guest performance listed as main cast.

It's pretty common for UK series, actors starring in a single episode, so Sky definitely left its mark :D

Similar situation with Fam on CBS. Gary Cole always gets added as a guest star for every episode so far, but he's the last name in the opening credits despite not being listed as cast on the show's page on CBS's website or press site.

Yeah, that's why following on-screen credits is the easiest (and most logical) thing to do :)

Someone probably marked it as read by accident, but didn't really check.

I was just adding the official season 4 remix of Arrested Development Season 4 as Specials, but then I noticed that the specials aren't in order...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arrested_Development_(season_4)#Season_4_Remix:_Fateful_Consequences_(2018)

https://www.thetvdb.com/series/arrested-development/seasons/0

How do we handle this?

In short words: we don't :)

Don't be shy to search the forums, or ask before making a big edits, it'll save you a lot of time :)

Could someone please fix the show, "Tropical Cop Tales".
According to the Adult Swim website, the episodes are listed as:

1x00 Pilot
1x01 The How To Be A Tropical Cop Episode
1x02 The Scalp Collector
1x03 The Shrimp Gang Are Back
1x04 The Big Night In

As far as the upcoming episodes, I don't know.

But the listings here are all screwy here.

I fixed it but we do not list the first episode as 1.00, so it starts from 1.01 here, but I deleted the wrongly added episode 2 and renumbered the following ones :)

Pilot definitely does not belong with the rest of the regular episodes, and it's premiere was definitely not on February 1st. It was premiered on Sundance in 2018 and then broadcasted by AS on July 29, 2018.

So the pilot does not belong to the show? But it is listed on the official website :O
