Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Sofia Milos was raised in Italy, speaks fluent Italian, Greek, English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, and studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse under acting coach Milton Katselas. She made her 1993 screen debut as Kristin in Over the Line, and that same year, following a guest appearance in an episode of The New WKRP in Cincinnati she landed the recurring role of Fabiana Borelli in Cafe Americain.
