I'm not entirely sure where to put this. I know there has been some accounts that labelled the upcoming episodes of our girl as series 4, i checked Tony Grounds interview about the nepal tour and series 3 http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/mediapacks/ourgirlnepal/tony
For me all of it is series 3, and it looks like it's confirmed by the bbc feed https://twitter.com/OurGirlTV
However, i'll let you decide as i've seen tweets considering this as series 4.

Well, according to BBC's episode guide, Nepal Tour series doesn't have a number. But since it resides between series 2 and series 4, and TVmaze only allow numeric seasons, it is logical to consider it series 3 :) The only thing that could be done is to add "Nepal Tour" as a series 3 name.
The other 8 are also labelled under tours : Nigeria, Belize and Bangladesh Tours for the remaining 8 episodes.

I didn't see any official source, using those as a series names. Only in context of what to expect in forthcoming episodes. If you have such information, please share.
I did, the tony ground interview from 2017 and this week's interview, just click on mediapacks on the bbc press office. The bbc official twitter acount says it's series 3 part 2, too.

Yeah, got it now :) We were talking about different things :)
This press release obviously considering the next episode as "Ep 5/12", so it should be episode 5 of series 3, not episode 1 of series 4, because according to TVmaze policy, press releases have precedence over the network's website. I'll add a show wiki record now.
"Episodes that consist merely of footage duplicated from other episodes (such as trailers, previews, sneak peeks, clip shows) are only allowed when their length is the same as of a regular episode."

^ if this episode is only 90 second, should it have not been added?

http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/36938/drain-the-oceans is a duplicate of http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/36937/drain-the-oceans
That's not even funny anymore.

To be fair, the work was being done almost simultaneously.

6 minutes is pretty enough for the search engine to give a result. Assuming the search engine were used :P

I did. And checked the Request a Show pile. But if after I started I know I didn't finish entering the info I was gathering for awhile ... I assume after I started but before I finished (clicked create) JuanArango had begun his entry. Perhaps it'll be best in the future to click create with minimal info and go back to edit/add ... at least that way it's available for a search.

Such things happen, have a beer and be calm :)
Frontline 36x11 "U.N. Sex Abuse Scandal" is listed in your Calendar as airing 5/29/2018. (You also have it listed as 37x11, but, as with many PBS shows, there are many discrepancies with numbering and I don't know what's correct.) According to the Frontline website, This episode doesn't air until 7/10/2018. https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/un-sex-abuse-scandal/
