No, you apparently did not understand. I, too, for the fact that this episode does not exist and needs to be deleted.

I just suggested where it COULD come from. I know that I watched three hourly episodes in the second season. And episode 4 appeared only on trackers (Google on the query "season 2 episode 4" gives results) and only in those distributions where the duration of 45 minutes is indicated. Accordingly, this is a breakdown error.
