Are we restricted by how many alternate lists a show can have?

All 9 episodes premiered on BBC one regional networks, then have nationally aired months or weeks later on BBC Four. Do we set up each region as having a alternate list?

If only one episode aired on a regional BBC, then it wouldn't really warrant having 9 individual lists for each episode. I think the best option would be to set them to the iPlayer for the alternate list (Assuming they all aired at the same time regionally), as each one would have been made available on the iPlayer as they aired?

They've been added to iplayer at the same time they've aired regionally. So surely the main network should be iplayer?

If they all showed on iplayer first, sure, then have the broadcast premiere as the alternate list :)
Hotel episode "Fallen Angels" show it as episode 1 in season 5 but IMDB & trakt.tv show it as episode 9 aired Dec 5, 1987.

every source I checked agrees with you, I changed it :)
A lot of black-ish season 7 are named wrong for example https://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/2048699/black-ish-7x14-100-yards-and-runnin wrong and it should be https://abc.com/shows/blackish/episode-guide/season-07/14-things-done-changed

The reason is that we did add the two Election specials as Specials and the abc website sees tham as Episode 1 and 2. I ams ure there was a press release saying that those are specials.

No, you misunderstood me, I said that aABC released a press release announcing the "Election Special" as two Specials. If ABC did that we will add them as specials as "press release has a higher priority than a website listing.

Network websites don't have a way to differentiate specials from normal episodes, maybe because they're not that common in the US, so they just give them episode numbers to keep them in broadcast order.

Yes, ABC calls them specials in the press release, and calls the next episode the "season premiere."

You should have a better way to keep track of requests than responding or delaying in a forum,
as it is clearly impossible to know when you'll be less busy to ask again.
If you had a list of things to do (=update requests from members) and for each a button "Done" (to click when the task is done) which send a notification to the member who submitted the request.. just like the show request

The Repair Shop - Season 2021, Episodes 27,28,29 are duplicate entries of 8,12,16 (Actual episode numbers from the BBC are S07E03, S07E07, S07E11). These were originally bumped from the schedule due to a Corona virus news broadcast.
Season 2021, Episode 30 is a duplicate of an episode originally broadcast on 5th April 2019 (S05E04), it's being broadcast on 16th April as a repeat.
