Maybe someone who is more familiar with these shows could confirm if they are actually the same show, according to wikipedia (yes awful source), they are the same show. Inside West Coast Customs apparently aired for three seasons and then dropped Inside from the title and changed network.

I'm not entirely convinced it to be a web channel. Feels more like it is a channel providing you existing series (not entirely sure legal or illegal) as Puhu TV is not listed amongst Turkish web channel on different sites.

It's turkish netflix and it should be added,in 2017 there will be run first original series Fi Çi Pi

It seems like you said, they dropped the "Inside" and changed the network, question is, does the new network sees it as a continuation or do they see it as a new show?

The above article is the only comment i can find from anyone at Fox Sports were the Senior Director of Acquisitions says "We're looking forward to the new season in June and introducing West Coast Customs to a new audience."

The only other thing i found was a press release from Fox Sports announcing the second half of the second season airing on their network, it does reference the episode numbers as being Ep208-212

By the way, just something to note:

The airdate seems to be off by a week as it started June 9th, not June 16th like we have it. (Maybe it aired on Discovery channel a week later?)

So those two statements contradict each other, I seriously do not know what we should do, maybe let it stay the way we got it now ?

Thats fine, i wanted to check with you first because the Inside West Coast Customs listing has 5 seasons listed instead of what should then be 3, i didn't want to start deleting two seasons worth of episodes from it if the two shows were going to be amalgamated into one. I'll delete the two seasons then.
