Hey, people!

Can someone explain to me which method are we using in regards to certain Korean shows & dramas' episode arrangements. Because it is so confusing when it comes to the episodes of these shows, I mean some of them are designated to 32 and some 16 episodes (e.g. Heart Surgeons). Some websites are listing 40 episodes for this drama and some are listing 32 episodes for it, and Tvmaze is listing 40 episodes. Now, I'm an avid when it comes to Korean drama and usually when an episode has a 60 min runtime, that means the show has 16 episodes n total, and if it has a 30~35 min runtime, that means it has 32 and technically, they're the same. But for Heart Surgeons, TVmaze is adhering to neither of these two.

Yesterday (27th, Sep) the 1st two episodes became available with a 60 min runtime each!

Now, I'm not sure asianwiki.com is an official source but it's listing the runtime of the show as follows:

(35 minutes / 2 episodes per day)

So, I think we should add two more episodes to the two previously added episodes so that they become 4 in total. Bare in mind that we're using the 30~35 runtime method, hence, the the addition of the two episodes.

I've already seen the 2 episodes (60 min each) and IF I may, I suggest using the 60 min runtime so that we can match the Korean episode itself rather than match with http://asianwiki.com.

I haven't edited anything in Heart Surgeons, yet but I can do it if you want,.

Thanks.

PS: Within the episode, when it reaches 30 mins, it says ( the next episode will air shortly)

I tend to update those series once a week in the weekend, so any change in information will be happening in weekends. The initial problem is that Korean networks start to bypass a korean law forbidding them to have advertisements breaks during an episode. On top of that, most of those series episodes are produced a few days in advance of airing which means a lot of changes are made to it. I will check all series soon as I just reached home.

I've checked on the official website and it is indeed 32 episodes.

I'll update it to 2 * 35 minute episodes as per the schedule.

The weird part is that all third parties are reporting 40 episodes, while the official said 32. Will keep an eye on it :)

Can someone change the Date on the Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode "Horror At Party Beach" Back to the 6th, while on Sci-Fi channel the show aired on Saturdays and because it now airs on Fridays, your software would not let me edit and save the description without changing the date back 1 day to friday. http://www.tvmaze.com/episodes/278460/mystery-science-theater-3000-8x17-the-horror-of-party-beach The correct date should read 1997-09-06.

done :)

I would like to request the following Episode Discussion be deleted. The statement that this episode aired on April 28th is false. Zap2it mistakenly says that it aired on this date which I think is the cause of this error. Another reason I want to delete this comment is because I want to insert the next episode to air here which is a different episode. The next episode to air is called Snoop Therapy and it airs October 12 at 18:00. So this episode discussion will no longer be relevant once that change is made. Thank you.

Redundant episodes deleted. Using tvdb as reference is unnecessary (and usually not welcome), linking to the official site is better.

Ok, thanks

Hey people,

I mistakenly added photos to an episode that should've been uploaded to another drama.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

PS: Can I be allowed to delete them by myself instead of referring to you guys? Because I remember doing a similar mistake a few months ago and had to post it here to get it removed...

All deleted.

You have to be at least Trusted Contributor to be able to delete something https://www.tvmaze.com/faq/10/user-permissions

How can I be a Trusted Contributor? Or is it for those whom you personally know?
