I was just adding some info to the Andy Griffith Show episodes and I noticed that actor page for Richard Keith (he was a bit character on the show) https://www.tvmaze.com/people/8865/richard-keith has some show cast and crew credits for shows from 2003 through now for a different actor of the same name. Could someone fix/create a new page for the more recent show credits, profile picture, and the date of birth of this other Richard Keith? I would try to do it myself, but I would feel a little uncomfortable because I don't want anyone to think I messing things up or something.

Since only two of the credits on the Richard Keith-page were for Richard Keith (1950), and all the rest including the person info belonged to the younger actor, it made more sense to make a new page for Richard Keith (1950).

Ghost Adventures -- More Scripps fun. :-)

The next 4 Saturday night episodes have been entered as episodes of the current season 16. The Travel Channel website is referring to the episodes as specials. This press release refers to the next 4 Saturday night episodes as a special 4-part mini-series event. How should these episodes be handled? Move to specials?

I read it as a separate, 4 episode stand alone series ... ymmv ... I'll leave the final call to a higher pay grade though :)

Looking at the episode now, it has the exact same title sequence and opening as any regular episode - so I don't think I would classify it as something stand-alone. It appears that it's simply 4 episodes that were filmed in the same geographical area that Travel Channel is loosely promoting as a 'mini-series' in the August press release. As linked - the website numbers it as a 'special' - even though functionally it is no different than any other regular season episode. They've also been listing the Monday night shows as 'specials' - even though those have no new footage and are simply 2 different episodes that are packaged together based on themes like being both about hotels, for example.

I guess I don't have a strong opinion whether these are regular season or specials - but it would be a stretch to put it as a stand-alone having viewed the opening prior to putting it into Plex for my wife. The question would be whether it should match the Travel Channel designation as a special.

Sounds pretty much like "Hauntings of Vicksburg", no? So I'd say either move them to specials in the same way, or create a separate series "Ghost Adventures: Graveyard of the Pacific". Definitely not a regular episodes.

BTW, how come that TC's web site have 15 seasons, and we have 16?

I'm agnostic on how they're handled but, in support of new series I'll offer up ... from the same group of lovable scamps @ Scripps ...Triple D Nation that was clearly a new show but was (still is?) shown like specials of Dinners, Drive-ins and Dives and the constant new series of mini events coming from Expedition Unknown.

I remember that Discovery did change their site's lay-out a year ago and shifted some of their season numbering too like they did with some of their series... As Travel Channel is part of their group, it may have happened over there too..... though it is highly unlikely ! :p
