Hi,

Could someone take a look at SpongeBob SquarePants Season 11/12. It has changed several times in the past 24 hours or so. According to Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_SpongeBob_SquarePants_episodes#Season_12_(2018%E2%80%93present), I believe that the show would be correctly documented as long as Goons on the Moon gets changed to Episode 54 of Season 11. It is now locked however for editing has it has been changed 3 times.

There is a problem with the guest starring and starring on Last kingdom for season 2. Some are, depending on the episode, either starring on guest starring and it's not linear i.e they might be guesting in episode 7 and then starring in episode 4. I noticed it as i was looking at the opning credits for s3 episode 1 and saw some that are now starring in that position. Toby Regbo, james Northcote, Mark Rawley and a few others.

I stoppped watching it after s1, so i'm not sure how to remedy this (i don't have netflix)

So what do you think the problem is? Tony Regbo, for instance, is listed as both Starring and Guest Starring for LK.

It will lead them to be listed inconsistently, but if the show lists them inconsistently than it's going to be inconsistent at TVMaze.

Not sure what's your question? Did you noticed some inconsistencies with the on-screen credits, or you just suspecting something?

It is not rare for the UK series to have the same actor starring in one episode and guest starring in the next. At least in the way we understand it.

UPD I've checked some of the credits, and they seems legit. James Northcote, for example, did appear in the opening credits of eps. 2x06 and 2x07, and were only listed in the closing credits in the rest of his episodes. According to TVmaze policy it makes him Main Cast in 2x06-2x07 and Guest Cast in other episodes.

For UK shows; if none of the official sources explicitly separate Main Cast from Guest Cast, actors appearing in the opening credits should be added as Main Cast and actors only appearing in the closing credits as Guest Cast.

I couldn't find any official document, explicitly separating Main form Guest.

Suspecting yes. as i said, i stopped watching that show after season 1, as I look at the credits here, it seems there is a problem with the guesting and starring listed as it looks weird that someone would star then go back to guest which is what I was saying.. Look at peri baumeister, she stars in ep 3 but then she is guest in ep 4 and so on.. same with the other actors I mentioned. Is northcote guesting in episode 8 after starring in 6 and 7 like it says on his page?

If the credits are actually making them guest after being stars, that would be weird but like I said I can’t check I don’t have Netflix. So I mentioned in hope someone with Netflix would check the opening credits.

I can go through and fix a lot of these if we have the ability to change this on existing shows using the 'Edit' icon on the shows main page.

When using the tvmaze api to retrieve data for a show, I am noticing the missing data while attempting to retrieve from a 'minimum fields' list.

My current minimum fields list is: _links_self_href, classification, ( webChannel_name, webChannel_country_code ) or ( network_name, network_country_code )

When any of these are missing, I will notice and can help to update if given access through the show pages.

yes, netflix can have different languages, it would be useful in my opinion to have the country (or one of the same countries) who speaks the language added as the shows origin, it's allowed for some shows to have this field already right?, or is this a new anti-feature added recently to stop new country codes for web channel content?
